Meyer Defense was founded by Jason Essazay, a military veteran who transitioned his operational experience into building a security organization that operates with the same precision, accountability, and mission focus that defined his service.

What began as a commitment to protecting the Houston community through Mayer Security Services has grown into a full-spectrum security enterprise serving corporations, high-net-worth individuals, healthcare systems, and critical infrastructure across Texas and beyond.

Military veteran, licensed security professional, and founder of Meyer Defense. Jason brings over a decade of experience in executive protection, corporate security, and tactical operations. He holds a Texas DPS security license and has led protection details for corporate executives, high-net-worth individuals, and public figures across the United States.
